| CIVITAS FORUM CONFERENCE 2009, 19 - 21 October 2009, Krakow |
The 2009 Annual CIVITAS Forum Conference was hosted by the city of Krakow in Poland from 19 - 21 October and explored the future of urban mobility and the way forward for CIVITAS.
The Forum Conference is an opportunity for the exchange of dialogue and views between city and European politicians on the one hand, and experts in the field of urban mobility on the other. The 2009 conference was the 7th such annual event, following fora previously hosted in Bologna, Kaunas, Burgos, Nantes, Rotterdam and Graz where the series started in 2003. The CIVITAS Forum Network currently includes 155 cities from 27 European countries, that have formally committed to clean and sustainable urban transport.
