Soon you won't just have to have cash in hand when buying a ticket - we will be introducing a card payments so you will be able to buy higher value tickets from the machines as well! Follow the step by step instructions and the machine will issue your ticket.Leaflets have been produced publicising the machines and these have been made available at key transport interchanges in Norwich, as well as on board First buses (distributed by the driver). Posters have been produced and displayed at bus stops within Norwich City Centre. Information on the TVMs have been made available on the Norfolk County Council Passenger Transport Unit website. Information (verbal) and personal (site visit) has been made available to other local authorities who have contacted Norfolk County Council with an interest in the machines. Information of ticket sales has been made available and discussed with the main bus operator to identify patterns of usage and ways in which to encourage further use.
