CIVINET Iberia is thrilled to host its first technical visit,co-organised with Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB), in Barcelona on June 17-18. The event is meant to foster networking as well as discussions focusing on challenges and opportunities, and is dedicated to shaping the future of sustainable urban mobility.

Event Highlights:

  • Thought-provoking World Café about sustainable urban transport and mobility
  • Site visits to TMB's control centre for autonomous metro lines and hydrogen/hybrid buses
  • Introductions and insights into mobility solution use cases
  • Time to networking and an opportunity to establish connections with the other members
  • Fun activity and dinner, overlooking the Sagrada Familia

  • Location: Barcelona, Spain
  • Dates: June 17-18
  • Time: Please plan to arrive in Barcelona no later than 19:00 on 17 June. The programme will conclude the following day, on 18 June, by 15:00.

CIVINET Iberia is committed to ensuring that those who are participating can do so in a meaningful way. Accommodation and transportation costs will, therefore, be covered. To align with sustainability goals, members travelling from major cities within Spain are encouraged to travel by train. Keeping in mind the complexities linked with travel arrangements, CIVITNET Iberia will cover transportation costs up to 150 EUR, which participants will be reimbursed for. Accommodation will be booked and covered by CIVINET Iberia.
