El Ayuntamiento de Vitoria-Gasteiz ha promovido la creación de una nueva red de vías peatonales y ciclistas en el marco de su Plan de Movilidad Sostenible. Los nuevos bidegorris incrementarán la red desde los 38 km hasta los 148 km. Las vías peatonales también aumentarán, desde el 24% al 69% de la superficie total de la calle.
