Hradec Kralove (Czechia)

 Hradec Kralove was awarded as most cycle friendly city of Czechia in 2016 based on the country’s first Czech Cycle Barometer of cities and towns. It is a metropolis of Eastern Bohemia, regional capital and a university city.

The City of Hradec Kralove adopted Sustainable Urban Mobility Framework for the public transportation (SUMF) and it's in the process of preparation to develop the first SUMP, trough the engagement in the CIVITAS PROSPERITY project.

The city prepares the project for increasing the traffic safety for pedestrians and cyclists. It covers infrastructural changes and also promotional activities about the planned changes in the urban mobility.

The Feasibility Study of the Intelligent Transport System for the period 2019 - 2021 is finished.
