Call extended for cities to host CIVITAS peer-exchange activities in 2020

The call for towns and cities to apply to host CIVITAS peer-exchange activities in 2020 has been extended!

These are either in the form of a study visit or work placements. Host cities enjoy a wide variety of benefits, including the opportunity to:

  • Showcase their achievements in the field of sustainable urban mobility to fellow towns and cities from across and beyond Europe;
  • Exchange and learn from peers facing similar transport challenges;
  • Be featured on the CIVITAS website and European media outlets through a dedicated article/interview;
  • Be offered speaking slots at high-level European events.

The CIVITAS team provides financial and organisational support to host cities.

To become a 2020 host city, apply by the extended deadline of 18 October 2019. Find the application form below.

Completed forms or any questions regarding the call should be sent to Arianna Americo at EUROCITIES: arianna [dot] americo [at] eurocities [dot] eu.

Between 2017 and 2020, CIVITAS is organising a total of 20 visits in the form of work placements and study visits for city representatives to learn from and exchange on their most innovative sustainable urban mobility measures and programmes.
