Dura (Palestinian Territories)

Dura is a city in Palestine located eleven kilometers southwest of Hebron in the Hebron Governorate in the southern West Bank.
It is an ancient place, where old cisterns and fragments of mosaics have been found and it has been mentioned as early as the 14th century BC in the Amarna letters and in the Anastasi Papyrus.

Dura's primary mobility challenges and goals pertain to the maintenance of public health and safety of citizens, combating pollution and natural health hazards, as well as promoting community protection.
