Ourém & Fátima (Portugal)

Ourém is the only municipality in Portugal that has two cities, Fátima and the city of Ourém. This situation forces public administration resources to be dispersed, conditioning local public policies. Fátima is a tourist city, with a large number of visitors, which requires daily traffic management, as well as parking. Ourém is a residential city, without major dysfunctions in urban mobility, but where it is necessary to increase soft modes. The same challenge exists for the city of Fátima.
