In line with the special plan for bicycle infrastructure development, this measure involves selecting the most optimal administrative model for Klaipeda's bike-sharing system.
This will be judged according to a cost-benefit analysis and evaluation of expected performance parameters.
Furthermore, the city municipality will seek to discuss the project and design preferences for the bike- sharing system with local communities. This will include aspects like the bike rental terminals and information stands. These should reflect the local identity.
