Burgos has inaugurated the Bicycle Renting System!
Local and Regional Politicians attended the inauguration of “BiCiBUR”, the completely new bicycle renting system in the region of Burgos. This initiative is part of the CiViTAS-CARAVEL project.
“BiCiBUR” pretends to promote sustainable mobility through the free bicycle renting system. In order to facilitate and to promote the use of bicycles the Local Council has developed the initiative. Bicycles are located in four different points of the City of Burgos, and citizens can use them after getting an identity card for only three euros. For the next period, the Local Council is going to develop four more points for bicycles.
