CIVITAS PAC (Political Advisory Committee) elects Bruno Pereira as Vice-President
Funchal´s Municipality Vice Mayor, Bruno Pereira was elected PAC´s Vice-President in Brussels on 14 May.
Mr Pereira has played a significant role in the Politcal Advisory Committee Since September 2009, and was delighted to accept the invitation to be the new vice-president. His role will see him contribute to the Commission, on the implementation of the CIVITAS initiative and urban mobility issues.Mr. Bruno Pereira´s involvement in this group is a testament to Funchal’s forward-thinking approach to mobility politics. Both Mr Pereira and the city of Funchal look forward to playing a more active role in the CIVITAS Initiative in the various European cities.
