The Mission Platform is now extending part of its support to any European city that is aiming to achieve climate neutrality by 2050 at the latest.
The Mission Platform, managed by the NetZeroCities consortium, offers customised advice and support to cities, enabling them to achieve their climate objectives. It enhances their capabilities through strategic innovation experiments, leveraging of local ecosystems, and fostering of connections with various levels of governance.
The support provided is specifically designed for cities throughout Europe that are dedicated to progressing on their path towards climate neutrality. Whether your city is actively pursuing ambitious climate goals or is at the initial stages of exploration, the Mission Platform offers invaluable access to information and support to propel your efforts forward.
As support is now being offered to cities that are not part of the Cities Mission, experts from NetZeroCities need to assess their needs in order to be able to provide support most efficiently.
To do so, the NetZeroCities consortium has developed a cities’ needs-assessment survey, which cities are kindly asked to complete.
The survey is linked here: City Needs and Pathways towards climate neutrality - Needs assessment survey for cities
The survey will remain open until May 17th. Filling in the survey should not take more than 25 minutes.
By sharing insights, cities will play a crucial role in guiding the development of the support that is provided by the Mission Platform, ensuring thatit is tailored to best meet cities’ needs.
