Iasi unveils public transport planner
Iasi has implemented a gateway to online information and services on public transport. Now, people who live or come to Iasi can use the tool to plan their detailed journeys in, to and/or from the city.
The Public Transport Planner (www.trasportiasi.ro) offers the possibility to receive integrated information about local bus and trams routes (RATP), the regional bus transport (AUTOGARI), arrivals and departures at the railway station (CFR), the schedule of airlines taking off and landing at Iasi International Airport (AEROPORT), the taxi companies (TAXI) and car rental companies (RENT A CAR) in the city.A special link (INFO IASI) to the Iasi tourist website was created to make more information available for those who want to visit the city and its surroundings.A map of the entire PT network in Iasi can be accessed, offering a detailed overview of routes and stations. Users can schedule their local journeys selecting the start and destination points on the Route Searching Section (CAUTARE TRASEU).The local PT operator aims to improve the quality of the PTI services, leading to a better acceptance and usage of these services.To learn more about the Public Transport Planner visit (transportiasi.ro).
