At the upcoming meeting of the Intelligent Transport System (ITS) Committee of International Association of Public Transport (UITP) is scheduled to present the activities of Brescia in the field of technological innovation in public transport. The event is the perfect occasion to present the CIVITAS measures being implemented in the city.
On 21 September a presentation entitled, The electronic ticketing system of Brescia and future developments referring to the measure Devolepement and upgrade of the e-ticketing system will be given by Ing. Garatti (BST). This will be followed by another presentation, which will deal with Brescia's Involvement in European projects by Ing. Gangi (CBS). This presentation will showcase all the projects underway in the city. After this Parking, Bike sharing, for Metro Park & Ride, will be delivered by Ing. Marinoni (BSM) and will refer to the measure Park & Ride facilities for underground and PT system and The AVM system and Experiences on the remote control and user information presented by Ing. Pace.
