To the Vitoria-Gasteiz campus by bicycle

The Environmental Studies Centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz, together with the Basque Country University (UPV-EHU) and Gasteizko Bizikleteroak cyclist association, has published a drop-down leaflet with information aimed at bicycle users, specially University students.

This leaflet contains a map that shows the city’s bicycle lane network and the bicycle parking lots. It also gives some advice about the use of the bike in the city.The Town Hall and the University will hand out 5,000 leaflets among the citizens and the University students to try to involve them within the growing community of university students that cycle to the campus everyday.Apart from the map and the advices, the leaflet gives information about the bike route planner, the public bike registration system, advice on how to avoid bicycle theft, how to use the bicycle on rainy days and how to keep happily coexist with the rest of the street users.You can download the leaflet at this link http://www.vitoria-gasteiz.org/wb021/http/contenidosEstaticos/adjuntos/… Photo by Edorta Sanz
